Data controller
DevKira S.r.l. (Milan, Italy) and DevKira SA (Lugano, Switzerland) act as joint data controllers for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy request write to privacy@devkira.com.
What data we process
- Data you submit in the demo request form: name, business email, company, role and your message.
- Technical data required to serve the site: IP address, browser and device data, request logs.
- Consent records: whether and when you accepted this policy or opted in to product updates.
Why we process it
- To handle your demo request and reply to you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- To send product updates, only if you opted in — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
- To keep the site secure and operational — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Retention
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, CRM). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA or Switzerland, the transfer relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@devkira.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or the Swiss FDPIC.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
